The Aplington-Parkersburg School Board will meet Monday at 6:00 p.m. in the high school library.
They’ll hold a public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2027 budget, after which they’ll consider approval at the start of the regular meeting. They’ll consider approving the 2026 graduating class, the purchase of athletic field equipment, salary increases/issuance of contracts for next school year for certified staff, classified staff, administrators and supplemental staff.
Regarding projects, they’ll consider approving the scope of a high school lighting project, high school track resurfacing and the Aplington roof replacement. They’ll also consider a 28E agreement with Iowa Star Insurance Group.
