
The Iowa Falls City Council will consider several project, property and funding items during its meeting Monday.
The council is scheduled to discuss and consider a $105,250 down payment for the Hedden property, with funding coming from the general fund, 80% local option sales tax and/or tax increment financing. The council will also consider sidewalk options and a quote for Linear Park.
Other old business includes two pay applications to Steege Construction Inc. for the Princess Rehab Project. The council is also expected to reset a public hearing on the fiscal year 2025-26 budget amendment for June 15.
The council will also consider setting a June 9 bid letting date and a June 15 public hearing for the Elk Run Water Treatment Plant High Service Pump Replacement Project.
Other agenda items include bids for a parks mower and water/wastewater pickup, and a street closure for the Labor Day Car Show.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m at city hall.
