
The Franklin County Board of Supervisors approved several policy updates during its regular meeting Tuesday.
The board approved three resolutions updating county policies related to electronic funds transfers, online bill pay, claims processing, reimbursable expenses and county credit card use. Supervisors also approved U.S. Bank as the county’s credit card vendor.
The updates address county credit card procedures, mileage reimbursement claims, reimbursable travel expenses, reimbursement documentation and cardholder responsibilities. Full copies of the resolutions can be found on the county website or from the Auditor’s office.
Other actions included approval of claims, an easement agreement with Franklin County Land Company Inc., a National Police Week proclamation and a letter of support for Franklin County rural roadway intersection safety improvements.
