The Allison City Council will hold a public hearing Monday on proposed budget amendments for fiscal year 2026.
The public hearing is scheduled for 5:15 p.m. at the Allison City Council Chambers. Once the public hearing has concluded, the council will then move into its regular meeting.
New business includes a TIF discussion and separate discussions on fiscal year 2027 wage increases for city hall employees, the public works director and the public works assistant.
The council will also consider several resolutions tied to budget amendments and fund transfers. Those include a final payment of about 22,455 to Heartland for the 2025 street project, about a $238,100 transfer for SRF and lagoon loan payments, and multiple transfers involving road use tax, debt service, sewer, water and infrastructure funds.
The council is also scheduled to review cemetery ordinance updates under old business.
